The Western lumber industry will convene in Portland, Ore. for the 2010 WWPA Annual Meeting for a special one-day session on Monday, March 8 at the Embassy Suites Hotel in downtown Portland. The meeting will be held the day before the opening of the 2010 Wood Technology Show and Clinic at the Portland Convention Center.
Registration information for the 2010 meeting will be available starting in December 2009.

Registration Packets
WWPA will offer online registration for the meeting. You may also download a registration packet when available in December 2009.
Hotel Reservations
Reservations at the Embassy Suites can be made by calling 1-800-643-7892. Be sure to tell the reservation operator you are attending the Western Wood Products Association Annual Meeting to receive the discounted room rate.
Spouse Events
Because of the shortened meeting schedule, no spouse events are being planned for the 2010 meeting.
Attire
Dress for the Annual Meeting is business casual. Sport coats are suggested for the receptions.
Registration
Registrations forms with payment information or your online registration must be received at WWPA no later than Monday, March 1, if your name is to appear on the registration list. Those who request registration fees to be billed will not receive discounts.
By registering, you will receive a name tag (good for access to all 2010 Annual Meeting sessions), a pass to all meal functions and receptions, and be listed on the registration list distributed at the meeting. You must be registered to attend any of the sessions listed on the schedule.
