The Western lumber industry will convene in Portland, Ore. for the 2010 WWPA Annual Meeting for a special one-day session on Monday, March 8 at the Embassy Suites Hotel in downtown Portland. The meeting will be held before the 2010 Wood Technology Show and Clinic on March 9-11 at the Portland Convention Center.

Registration Packets

Hotel Reservations
Reservations at the Embassy Suites in dowtown Portland can be made online by clicking here. You can also call the hotel directly at 503-279-9000. Be sure to mention you are attending the WWPA Annual Meeting to receive special room pricing.
Deadlines for guaranteed reservations is Feb. 2 , with reservations received after that date confirmed on a space-available basis only.
WWPA has secured a limited number of rooms for the meeting. To assure a hotel room, make your reservations as early as possible.
Spouse Events
There is a $50 registration fee for spouses. This fee includes a special Spouse Continental Breakfast on Monday morning, March 8, as well as admission to the Industry Lunch, Chairman's Reception and other meeting events.
Reception Only
For those who may be attending the Wood Technology Show and Clinic and would like to network with WWPA Members and other industry professionals, WWPA is offering a special registration for the Chairman's Reception Only, starting at 5 p.m. on Monday, March 8. The cost is $100.
Attire
Dress for the Annual Meeting is business casual. Sport coats are suggested for the receptions.
Payments
To register for the 2010 WWPA Annual Meeting online, you must provide Visa or MasterCard credit card information to confirm your registration. Your credit card will be charged when you submit your registration. Debit cards cannot be used for WWPA meeting registration.

Registrations must be completed by Friday, Feb. 26 if your name is to appear on the Registration List distributed at the meeting. Fees increase by $50 when paid after that date.
Please notify WWPA immediately of any registration cancellations. Full refunds will be made before Feb. 26. NO REFUNDS will be made after that date.
